Employment branding is how a firm brands its firm among the other employers. 

In an effort to get the best talent every firm wants to become the  Êmployer of Choice, by providing great opportunities to the new entrants. 

Building a Good Êmployment brand includes efforts like:

–          Pre Placement talks in colleges to make the prospective employees aware of the advantages of being associated with their company

–          Getting certifications

–          Getting the company featured in the list like top employers, best places to work etc.


Employment Branding gives the following advantages:

–          A higher quality candidate pool

–          A lower rate of offer rejection

–          Lower attrition

–          Higher number of referrals from employees gives better candidates

–          Higher levels of employee engagement

–          Happier employees
